I have setup ddebit for my credit card, 2days ago there was not enough money to cover it (£34 overdrawn)
(forgot to transfer money from savers account)
today I got a letter from lloyds saying that they will charge me £15fee+£15 daily fee
are the allowed to do that
I had a planned overdraft wich expired not long ago and I just forgot to make that one call
to bring to life back agian
why the didn't let me know ? I'm already paying account fee for premium
can I complain ?

I'd be very surprised if they can charge you £15 per day.

The same happened to me, you can complain I always do.
if you go into the branch and speak to one of the personal advisors, they can sort it out.
if you ring them they can only refund if you haven't been overdrawn in the last year and been refunded.
hope this makes sense?
I thought with premium account you could have an overdraft limit of £250 as standard?
