Wondering if there are any alternatives to the expensively priced lights being sold for the kindle? Any help will be appreciated.

I have the mighty birght xtraflex 2 which is really good for reading regular books. Not really sure what you are after but i get on really well with mine. Xtraflex 2

Can that clip onto the kindle? might do the job but still pricey at nearly 13 pounds

Thats pretty cheap. Have you used it yourself? Would it be bright enough to read from if it was the only source of light in the room?

Have ordered one for me just recently,postage takes about a week and a half, my friend has one and reads at night with hers, she recommended it to me :)

Are you meant to clip these onto the case or the kindle itself? Wouldnt it leave some pretty bad scratches?

It came yesterday and it's very sturdy and brighter than I thought it would be, very pleased it it, and for only £2.66 I'm impressed :D

Hasn't left any scratches on mine yet

Just in case anyone else is looking for one - Asda have a clip on led light for £2.
I got mine from ebay, came with the purple case i bought.
