Looking For Firewire 1394 PCI Card
Hi,
I've recently purchased a Canon MD110 camcorder from Littlewoods Direct £57 delivered, a bargain!
Have never had a camcorder before, was wanting to connect it to to my PC. Purchased the firewire cable (4 pin-6) realized when I recieved it, that I first need a PCI firewire card.
Couldn't figure out at first, thought I had purchased the wrong cable - thanks to the tutorials on You tube , it finally made sense.
So the question is where can I purchase good quality card at a reasonable price.
Thanks you in advance.

Seems good value considering what comes with it!
Not sure what you mean. For a MiniDV video camera the only way (afaik) to transfer your videos to pc is using a firewire cable. USB is not compatible.
