Lucknam Park just outside Bath is very beautiful and hideously expensive!
My wife was head receptionist there for a couple of years about 10 years back.

Think you'll have to forgo the private hot tub.

I stayed at Moddershall Oaks spa in April which only has a few rooms and a hot tub. Total cost for tow the entire weekend incl food and use of the spa was only £330. You could order room service and walks nearby were really lovely. The restaurant was excellent and we hardly saw any of the other couples that were staying.
