Been using Sennhieser cx300s for a while now, but they have broken on me twice and this time ive decided to buy something different (prefereable from amazon as they refund no questions asked on broken headphones!)

Been looking at reviews for others, not looking to spend more than £40 and the lower the better but its so confusing. i basically want better sound than the cx300s!

Let me know what your using and the pros and cons all help will be appreciated!

Koss sparkplug (good sound esp for price) http://www.amazon.co.uk/Koss-Spark-Plug-Ear-Headphones/dp/B00081A2DQ/ref=sr_1_1/026-2836662-6664455?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1212962109&sr=8-1

Sony EX90s http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sony-Ultimate-EX90LP-headphones-dynamic/dp/B000FKNZOI/ref=sr_1_1/202-1798092-1163857?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1212962168&sr=1-1

the sony's are often copied, but you can get genuine ones frm trusted sellers for about £16 on ebay (not sure about those that are listed in m-place at £3,99, lol!) My friend has cx300s and went over to the sony and was v happy with sound, just google some reviews of em!

hey you should if you can get your hands on some skull candy ones (the smoking bud's). they are really good and they totally block out all outside noise.
in addition they come with a lifetime warranty. and this is the best part- the retail for £12.99 in gamestation.
well worth a look!

around £9-15 on Play

I have used skullcandy's before, but they're not my preferance as the bass is usually really heavy. too heavy for my liking

Might be able to find yourself a pair of Goldring GX200s. I think they are pretty good. Got them for a tenner from a magazine mind you...

the goldrings have a serious design flaw - the plastic bit where the individual strands of wire meet doesn't seem to be too tight and the strands pull out if you accidentally tug too tight. don't get me wrong, good quality, but you need to be careful,

I've got the koss headphones, they don't fit in all ears hence the mixed reviews, and you have to squeeze 'em then put them in, but they noise cancel well and the sound is excellent for the outlay!
