Loughborough or East Anglia???

I need to pick one more university to complete my choices for my application, and I've narrowed it down to these two, Loughborough or East Anglia, and I'm now completely stumped as to which one I should choose.
My other 4 choices are
Nottingham
Newcastle
Bath
St Andrews

Any experience of either Uni would help...? :)

I'm applying to study Economics.

Thanks

Loughborough is meant to be good, just a shame it's in Loughborough really.

If you like sports, then Loughborough.

East Anglia is Norwich right? My impression when I did week's course there, was that it is pretty isolated.

There must be loads, on here, who have been for interviews/preview days to both.

Loughborough for sports. Not sure about economics.

Good social area in Loughborough though.

I went to Loughborough.

It's a bit like going back in time with Neanderthal man. Except Neanderthal man is taking Sport Sciences, drinking nasty's and doing press ups in the middle of a club.

Loughborough is 28th in the UK for economics and East Anglia is 30th, though im not that bothered about that because it'll be my last choice. I enjoy sports and play sports, but not to the extent that i'd apply to do it at university. I think i'd rather go to Loughborough because it's closer to some bigger cities for nightlife etc, but i think i might get fed up if the whole campus is completely "jock" minded.

In that case, i'd definitely choose Loughborough.
Even thoough you don't study sports, there will be a lot of people that do, so it should be good for our social life.

It's also quite central, with a lot of reasonable sized cities within an hours drive.

DO NOT COME TO LEICESTER IF YOU WANT DECENT NIGHTLIFE (unless you're a chav!).
Seriously, I presume you like more of a lounge/chillout scene than spotty teenagers banging around to happy hardcore.

Loughborough is good for 3 things. Sport, engineering and art. So that kinda puts a wide mix of people there. It's also inundated with Chinese students, but never mind them as they stay in their rooms forever.
