I'm getting annoyed with Lovefilm only sending one disc out when they have received two back from me. It happens nearly every time I send two back, one gets dispatched that day and another the next. I emailed them but they seemed to completely avoid the question, or so it seems to me. Surely it can't just be me?

I would like to inform that we normally do dispatch the discs in the same envelope. If a particular title is not available at the time of packing, we dispatch the titles in separate envelopes.
When a disc arrives in the warehouse, an allocation slot for the customer opens up. A report is then sent into a queue for one of our warehouse operators to match a title from your list, label it, and send it. Your allocations will not necessarily be actioned by the same operator and depending where your report is, in their queue.
