I'm getting annoyed with Lovefilm only sending one disc out when they have received two back from me. It happens nearly every time I send two back, one gets dispatched that day and another the next. I emailed them but they seemed to completely avoid the question, or so it seems to me. Surely it can't just be me?

Dear Lovefilm,

Thank you for your email.

I would like to inform that we normally do dispatch the discs in the same envelope. If a particular title is not available at the time of packing, we dispatch the titles in separate envelopes.

When a disc arrives in the warehouse, an allocation slot for the customer opens up. A report is then sent into a queue for one of our warehouse operators to match a title from your list, label it, and send it. Your allocations will not necessarily be actioned by the same operator and depending where your report is, in their queue.

I am pleased to inform you that the title 'Blah Blah' has been allocated on your account and it will be dispatched to you shortly.

Should you have any more questions, please let us know and we will be glad to assist you further.

14 discs in your list is not enough you need at least 25 or more plus lovefilm tend to send from bottom of list and save new titles for fully paid members [if your on trial].
have always found blockbuster send titles from top of list and if you send 3 back will send 3 back to you.
but you need at least 25 or more in list

I used to keep less than five in my list, my persistence for certain titles paid off :)
Only left Lovefilm as they debit my account mid-month which I find a real hassle.

That's not on then if that's their (unpublished) policy. They recommend a minimum of ten. They have the discs in stock as they always send out the day after. I am a paying customer.

nonsense. i only keep 3 or 4 discs in my list at at time, ones that i really want and apart from the odd delay for newly released games I get a constant supply of stuff that I want to watch or play.

no complaints from lovefilm me just the terrible royal mail taking days to get the discs back and forward.

I'd just like to say that my experience of how LoveFilm deal with customer requests and dispatch methods....are absolutely kack and hopeless.

I just don't see what difference it makes to them if they send on the day of receiving a disc or wait the next day to send, there's surely no benefit to them and it just peeves off a paying customer.
