I have them most the time. If I don't like it I can like rewind and do it again differently aswell.

Might know you would lol

had a dream which featured Malin Akerman the other night and some other blonde that I cant picture! I know it was an awesome but random dream but I cant remember any of it! bad times :(

It is not lucid dreaming, but sleep related. I have experienced "sleep paralysis" before and it was VERY scary the first time it ever happened.

I've suffered from that a few times and it's terrifying, you can hear everything yet you can't call out even just twitch a finger or toe. It seems to go on forever but must only be seconds.

Ive had that twice before, once the day after an operation and it took all day to get moving again, my mum had to move my legs for me. I ended up crying I was only 16. It then happened about 10 years later at my mates house. And its still a terrifying feeling, I can remember thinking, im dying, im gonna die in a minute, fight, come on arms move.

Its horrible and I wouldnt wish it on anyone.

I read somewhere that people who play a lot of video games are particularly good at this - they are used to controlling the gaming environment they encounter so it doesn't seem odd to them to be able to do so in their dreams.

i go through periods where i have this quite often. can go a year with none, then a month having it every couple days. once a whole week on the trot. VERY un-nerving experience.

I get sleep paralysis... Often wake up screaming and thinking my boyfriend is screaming with me, even though he's actually trying to calm me down! I also wake up furious in the middle of the night for no reason... an anger sooo bad I think I'm going to hit someone!
Oh, and every few months just as I'm falling asleep, I'll have a dream so horrific it'd be banned if it was in a film! Then I'll have around 30 more dreams just as terrifying but all completely different which are so bad they make me cry!!!!
Then again... I woke up the other night thinking there was a £25 off when you spend £26 at ASOS and was so convinced I had to check at 4am :D

I lucid dream about three times a week less if i'm stressed out at work etc. I used to lucid dream almost every night when i was at uni.

To be honest it's **** awesome... it's like starring in the most vivid movie ever!

but i can only lucid dream to the level of reality set in the dream. like I can't drive in the dreams most times. I can't fly if i'm not a super hero etc. and i can't control other things like the weather, other people etc i can only control who i am in the dream.

nikki on here also lucid dreams. we had a thread about it a couple years ago.
