stroller is not counted, you walk that up to the aircraft steps and they load it there.
Each person paid for a case???? then there is no size limit just weight of 20kg per person.......weigh yourself on home scales, then hold the case and weigh again, get someone else to check the scale or you may not get to the holiday, you might end up with a slipped disc!!! Have a great time.

The way easyjet works now is that you pay up front tocheck baggage into the hold, so what you can take depends on what you've already paid for.

I think 20kg is roughly about the weight of a large suitcase when filled with normal types of things (clothes, shoes etc) not anything that's particularly heavy (that case of wine you might want to take home). Best to check with scales before you leave.

If you do go over allowance then you'll have to pay a fee, which is about £9 per additional kilo if I remember correctly.

thank you lots! now if I had 2 cases instead of 1 large one would it be ok as long as their combined weight wasnt over 20kgs?! sorry

you can check in 2 items for your hold luggage instead of one large one ..
20 kg is quite alot, we are off in 2 weeks .. my daughters suitcase is large & is rammed full of clothes, toys & nappies/ toiletries and weighs in at 19kg.. ( i bought some digital luggage scales off ebay )
we are going with Thomson fly but the weight allowance on our tickets ( 20kg ) doesnt include the 5kg hand baggage allowance

ah thats what else I wanted to know, how much can you carry on the plane with you? is it 5kg? so as long as we don't go over the 20kgs each it doesn't matter how many cases we have is that right? hope you have a nice holiday btw x

according to easy jet website you can take upto EIGHT bags to check into the hold.. each ! we were told similar with thomsons.. but just remember you will have to carry them all on occasions especially if there are no trolleys.
pretty sure its a 5kg hand luggage allowance & you are only allowed one of them each, they are pretty strict on the dimensions & contents of your cabin baggage.
hope you have a fab time too ! :)

Just come back from Spain with Easyjet and there is no weight restriction for handluggage. As long as you can carry it and store it in the overhead cabin with no assistance and its within the masurement requirements you can take 1 per person. Don'r forget your handbag will be classed as hand luggage so put it in the cabin case :)

CAA rules state 10kg is the limit so no airline can go over that......I think hold luggage rules are max of 35kg so if you have a case of more than that they cannot accept it as it does not comply.

Hand-luggage - there is no weight restriction but you are limited to ONE piece per person and to certain size requirements.

Hold-luggage - your booking should tell you the number of hold bags you have booked. you are allowed 20KG in each of these bags. SleazyJet will charge like the light brigade if you go over this weight or wish to book more hold bags.
