  what's to discuss? the handball against ghana showed what he is. fair enough he got his country further in the world cup and was probably hailed a national hero but he is a cheat. not the first or only one. sad but true. he should play in la liga with the simulation he does.

  He like too many other players are prepared to dive and take the associated risks as the probability seems to favour the ref awarding a penalty. He cheated as it was blatantly not a penalty and justice was done but this way of cheating is ruining the game. If a 4th official with the technology that is used in cricket and rugby could advise the ref if a player dived intentionally it might help reduce this practice
