Go to start >> Computer >> and double click the last drive (removable disk) in the list ( disk k ? ) this should bring it up. If it's not this one try the others

also try removing the card reader from the comp' & take the sd card out of the reader & insert it back in again !
Sometimes this works!

Have you got a USB Micro SD reader that might have come with the M3.

If you are using a Micro SD> SD adaptor, that may be the problem.

My card reader in my computer won't read 8GB cards, but works fine with anything smaller

It sounds as if the card reader itself might be faulty?
Could you try it on a friends comp'?

It would usually look something like this M3 card on left, USB reader on right:

Have you got another sd card to try in it?
Then you'll know if it's the card or the reader

I'll be the first logical one and say it'll be a SDHC card, does your card reader support them?

Tell them how to check "Mr logic", and what they do if it isn't, and what do they do if it is. :)

If it reads em I guess it'll say on it, if it doesn't then you need a new card reader or a driver update for your current one.

My card reader does not say it is SDHC compatible, yet reads 4GB SDHC cards.
I tried to update my drivers, and I get a message that I have the latest ones installed.

That leaves taking my PC apart and replacing the card reader or getting a USB one.

I advised the OP to do what I did, and get a USB one.
