On desktop view, go to Menu > Go >

u shd be able to see Network, iDisk, Connect to Server etc

-------------
If you want to get to Shared folder ...
double click your HD icon on desktop to see contents.
Select your username (usually under Desktop) in the left column, 2nd bit below the drives.
U shd see a list of folders including SHARED folder.

If you are on Leopard and your other comp is a PC, then you need to allow access to shared folder on your PC as leopard automatically puts shared places in the finder window, as a drop down icon beneath devices called "shared"

uhhh should appear in your folder as a shared computer you need to go onto your windows computer and set the folder to "share on local network" also you need to enable your entire pc for file and printersharing first
