I've gone for Man City. Going to do the famous JFK get rich scheme for the new season but betfair don't seem to be doing the 0.5 goals or more market.

Sleepy boy to make a comeback from hiding should Citeh win. X)

Normally playing Citeh, I'd confidently predict a win ('cos we always beat them) - but the midfield lineup for me lacks muscle. Would have preferred Palacios for Huddlestone, plus Corluka is a good player but weak against fast wingers...

There are so many unknowns in the Citeh team its almost impossible to call. I'd ignore the pre-season catastrophe to be honest. I expect them to be challenging for the second season in a row for a top 4 spot, though defeat in this fixture against the team that kicked them out of the proper European trophy last year, puts Mancini under pressure from day one.

Would be happy with 3 points.... and dont care how the game goes. I'd imagine Citeh fans if they are honest, wont be overly confident either.

i think City are the far superior team on paper but theres soo many new players there that need time to gel, im going for 1-1

Just lay 0-0 then. 1/9 on this atm

One man has kept Man City in this already. Joe Hart.

Who said English football looks bleak...

Huddlestone and Hart are quality.

My stupid bet for today is
Everton away at Blackburn
Blues away at Sunderland
Villa at home to West Ham
Stoke away at Wolves
Blackpool away at Wigan
270/1

I don't think it is that stupid. Blackpool away will be a problem. At home I think they would have stood a better chance being first game and all.

Jeez... Spurs should be 3-0... all over Citeh. Hart playing a blinder.

God and another..... Make that 4-0

Hate games that go like that, they always come back and bite yer bum for not taking chances.....But one thing for sure, there is only one team in it ATM.

It wasn't something I was requesting agreement for! X)

But seriously, Citeh could have no complaints if they went in 4-0 down at the break. Spurs like quite lively and only some quality keeping has kept them in it, let alone level.
