I did this deal as alot of people were a couple of weeks ago, and have waited in all day for my wii fit to be delivered but it hasnt come.
I called marshall ward and they said they had changed the delivery date, but i got no phone call, no e-mail, no letter...nothing!
They said i would have to wait in on 29th for delivery, but i cant because i have to work, and they wont let it be delivered to work for security reasons!
They were really rude, so i cancelled my order, and asked for a refund would rather wait a month for one to come in stock on the high street than risk a neighbour getting hold of it!

Has anyone else had this kind of trouble with them?

Yeap, odered one two weeks ago, was told I would recieve it tomorrow on 24th (tomorrow) then recieved a letter yesterday stating it would be delivered on 25th February, what kind of company is this? Do you think they are going under and finding supplies difficult? The reason I believe this is possible as this happened to Zavvi.

They have always been like this.

Items that have to be ordered from their supplier are usually delayed.

I ordered my Wii from them last April and it didn't arrive until July with many changes to the delivery date!
I wasn't in a rush for it though and I got a very good discount on it so didn't bother cancelling.

Ordered Buzz TV from them on Boxing day, it just turned up yesterday, also after 3 changes to the delivery date.

So, you will get the item, if you are willing to be patient.

You can check your expected delivery date online, and any changes will show up there

BTW, I doubt very much the Wii fit would have turned up on the 29th February

they have been brilliant with me - I bought a steam mop with a 5 yr guarantee in October, it stopped working on Thursday, they delivered a new one to me today and are sending for collection of the other one tomorrow

Just called and cancelled my Wii fit & Board. They had taken full amount £71.00 on 9th Jan, called and complained that I used £30 off voucher and why will it take over six weeks to get item delivered? they apologised and explaned I get the £30 off after 14 days of recieving the item. They explained that if I was unhappy to complain in writting. Incredible!!!
