was fitted yesterday, got electrician coming next sat to double check all wiring with his magic stick - lol

thanks guys, it was purchased just over 4 weeks ago but only fitted yesterday, it may just be cack but its a triton 9.5 so it shouldnt be, will wait to see what sparky says

try calling triton as some manufacturers will send out an engineer to fix / inspect / replace.

i would but not sure if its just cack or something worng elswhere, all wiring was done two weeks ago (yes by a qualified sparky) but was only put in yesterday, the water out is great until you turn the temp to hot enough to shower and the water power becomes less, and not very powerful, no low pressure light has come on so its not that, so need to get sparky back to check everything

Sorry about my spelling ,just woke up lol well if it lights up ok and does get warm then maybe it could be the element though i would think that it wouldn't heat up at all.Best bet is to get in contatc with triton and seee what they say,it maybe faulty but i'm sure they will be able to answer that.Is the water actually coming out hot?

i went and had a look at the creda, and then decided the triton next door with 10% off was £10 dearer and with 2 year warranty, so went for that one:thumbsup:
