Both not great. Used to like KFC best but last time I went it was horrific! And whats with the weird chips?

Mc donalds, I like the chicken nuggets - very low in cals too. The salty fries are nice but not very healthy. And I love the milkshakes, but very high in fat!

OMG - you do realise what mcnuggets are made of?

White boneless chicken, water, food starch-modified, salt, seasoning (autolyzed yeast extract, salt, wheat starch, natural flavoring (botanical source), safflower oil, dextrose, citric acid, rosemary), sodium phosphates, seasoning (canola oil, mono- and diglycerides, extractives of rosemary). Battered and breaded with: water, enriched flour (bleached wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), yellow corn flour, food starch-modified, salt, leavening (baking soda, sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium aluminum phosphate, monocalcium phosphate, calcium lactate), spices, wheat starch, whey, corn starch. Prepared in vegetable oil (Canola oil, corn oil, soybean oil, hydrogenated soybean oil with TBHQ BUTANE and citric acid added to preserve freshness). Dimethylpolysiloxane added as an antifoaming agent.

Is this the reason most people are hungry after eating McDs? Because there are no real nutrients except fat.

The ingredients quoted above are the U.S recipe....the UK has a different nugget which doesn't contain TBHQ BUTANE and a lot of the other things mentioned.

McDonald's, Who cares what's in it, It taste good.

I'd never go to KFC since a friend of the family got a little more than she bargained for in her in her bargain bucket..!!! A almost raw battered rat, Seriously.

BK's burgers are nice but most of their resturant's are run down and poorly run and have questionable hygiene standards.

OMG do you know it only takes seconds to find out what actually is in Nuggets?

Chicken (45%), Coating [Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed, Sunflower), Wheat Flour, Water (8%), Maize Flour, Modified Starch, Raising Agents (Disodium Diphosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Whey Powder (from Milk), Flavour Enhancer (Potassium Chloride), Egg Albumen (Free Range Egg), Ground Pepper, Breadcrumb (Wheat Flour, Salt), Salt, Dextrose, Ground Celery], Water (7%), Potato Starch, Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed, Sunflower), Natural Flavouring (from Free Range Egg), Flavour Enhancer (Potassium Chloride). Prepared in the restaurants using a non-hydrogenated vegetable oil.

Basically 45% chicken and 55% batter and chicken stock.

At least the chickens that lay the eggs are free-range.

That's because it is not actual potato's in the fries, they use potato powder/flour.
