These are due to expire at the end of today,
I have 8 x £1 vouchers off a spend of £8.95
Also got 5 x £2 vouchers off a £10 spend.

Who wants what?

Do you know if electronics are excluded?

Not sure, the expiry date is definately 31/5/10, they are for use on a spend of £10 or more and the terms and conditions apply at [url]WWW.PLAY.COM/MCD[/url]

Play seem to have pulled all of the codes around lunchtime today.

I called them this afternoon and gave them the codes I was trying to use and they said they would get Head Office to issue a credit of £8 (for 4x £2 codes) to my account.

I'd imagine you'll be out of luck now though, as their CS will be shut and the codes were due to expire today anyway :-(

Thanks for the info midlandscomics I have dropped them an email about it on [email protected]">[email protected] and hopefully get it sorted. I read the t&c and they say the voucher are valid inclusive of 31/05/2010 which to me would mean midnight but I would assume they also have a term stating they hold the right to withdraw the vouchers before this.

Worth a shot anyway

Got an email back saying if I purchase something over £10 and then contact them as soon as it is posted they will refund me £2. Might just go for it and see what happens. Its only a £2 risk after all

I got the same message last night. Sent them an email and got their standard "Due to the nature of the problem we feel that this issue would be better resolved over the phone" response.

I sent back "Thanks for the reply, though I'm not sure why it can only be resolved over the phone, which seems to be Play's standard response to any query no matter how simple or complicated it may be."

Play's CS is effin useless.

Weird how I got an response then? Hit and miss I suppose. I heard on the phone the CS are nice enough but as they were closed by the time I decided to look at it I just sent an email
