Could just be low blood pressure but see a Dr to get it checked anyway.

what hurts?

exercise.

do some stretches

lol you dont need a qualification to tell someone to increase their bloodflow. it slows down and when you make a sudden move it speeds up that = headrush

if you do a small stretch and exercise daily you wont have this problem
if you do exercise and workout then you may have knots in your body

Could be BP would be the main thing that springs to mind, go and see your GP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh and for the record I am a nurse, so ignore any advice here, go see your DR.

Differential Diagnosis:

Vasal Vagal Attack
Transient Ischaemic Attack
Amaurosis Fugax
Postural Hypotension

Best option:
Check by GP or A & E
#20
sounds like postural hypotension is the most likely.
Go see your GP and he'll be better able to help :)
#21
Sounds like low blood pressure, make an appointment with GP to have your bp checked
#22
if it only happens when getting up, sitting down etc (i.e. changing position), its postural hypotension.
its caused by a variety of things, not just low BP.

I'd get it checked by a doctor if i were you.

I think the Concensus is:

GO and See Your Doctor !!!!
