I have used my Tesco clubcard vouchers to book 2 nights at a Mercure hotel. I asked for a family room but they tell me they are fully booked.I have gone onto the website and have been able to reserve a family room and gone all the way up to payment. I have emailed them twice and they are adament they are fully booked!Are they being funny buggers cause of the Tesco vouchers?!
Grr.... what can I do except cancel it?:(
