My sister bought a Merlin Annual Pass online on Friday am to be collected at thorpe Park, but didnt realise just how far down Thorpe parke actually is. She had planned on using it over school holidays as when her partner is home from abroad they usually head off somewhere, but with her son starting nursery this month, wont be quite to often.
She has just text me to look into whether its possible for her to cancel the pass - does anyone know if it can be if it hasnt been collected? Is she covered by the distance selling rules?
