Almost certainly a next gen title. Viewing it in 1080p it looks impeccable.

People are gonna be so disappointed when they see the 360 and PS3 graphics not matching this haha. The PC version which it's running on looks great, can't wait.

At the end of the video it shows ps3 and 360, still haven't played Guns of the patriots yet though!

Who is going to watch that demo running on a PC and expect the console versions to look like that?

Kojima said it is current gen and "you will not have to wait too long" - late next year would be my guess.

I agree the consoles will not look as good but it is bring developed on PC, this does not mean there will be a PC version.. Konami rarely put anything out for PC.
