UK's lowest price onlyapplies to prices published directly by other Apple authorised retailers and network checked 18th May 2011.

Applies to new upgrading Pay Monthly and Pay As You Go customers only. Price on Pay Monthly means phone cost on the specified tariff. Price on Pay As You Go mean phone cost.

Service Plan in-store £13.99 per month.

False advertising. Nothing on the site indicates that you can get this price. Plus it forwards you to the Carphone Warehouse site where the cheapest deal is £35 - 45 . Well done Best Buy. You are now in my mind as a misleading e-tailer that will buy nationwide ad-space in the hope of enticing buyers to your site with an offer that doesn't exist...You had no reputation before this in the UK, and negative reputation with at least one potential customer as a result of your spending. I think the costs exceed the benefits of getting your name out there this time

I would hazard-a-guess that they're right, and you're wrong.

Thanks, I appreciate all the research you did to come to that conclusion. I would also hazard a guess that you were not consumed by the rapture. Am I right?
