HOW COME THEY CAN GO INTO ADMINISTRATION AND IMMEDIATELY TRADE UNDER A SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT NAME WITH THE SAME PEOPLE, TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN NOT GIVE YOU YOUR GOODS AND GIVE A POOR EXCUSE!
POOR CUSTOMERS WHO BOUGHT BEFORE 6TH OCTOBER 2008 MAY GET 0.24P BACK IN THE £ IF THEY ARE LUCKY.................. YET THEY CAN CONTINUE TAKING MONEY OFF PEOPLE AND NOT DELIVER GOODS AND GET AWAY WITH IT?
Been fighting with MFI about poor service and goods for weeks now, I was even given the Directors office details who have pushed me from pillar to post. (nothing new there then)
The Retail Ops Manager - Adrian Miller told me to call the administrators - Kroll who informed me that it was the same Directors who have set up MFI Group which are Gary Fazell, Richard Lee and I suspect Adrian Miller has a lot to do with it yet he can't even operate an email correctly as he sent mine allegedly to someone else? He said he replied to mine, well we all know if he did that it would have reached me!!!

The number to call them on is 0208 200 8000 and don't let them pass you to another regional office as they have no power at all and fob you off as well!
The other bedroom goods are faulty and they did send a fitter out to tell me that he has to bodge all MFI furniture together!
My stuff is meant to be "freestanding" yet has to be fitted to the wall so they don't lean?
He gave me 5 excuses as to why they didn't fit properly and were leaning including my floors were uneven! (spirit level said they were fine). Other included the carcass was built wrong (nope that was ok).
The underlay made it lean (I don't have it).
The skirting should have been taken off (for fitted furniture but not for freestanding)
Eventually he said all MFI furniture was like it and he had to bodge all of it and had to for 15 years he had worked for them, so now I have a wedge holding up my wardrobes which does not look brilliant.
So I have spent good money on bodged furniture which is OK by MFI standards and quite normal according to them?
I have now had 2 days off work for deliveries which haven't shown up and their latest excuse is their systems are down and no deliveries are going out for another week at least?
Well why did someone not call me as I have been told they should have?
I suspect my money is lining someones pockets and no deliveries are going to happen..................
I have spent a fortune on phone calls as most people never call back despite all their promises, and no one can reimburse me for anything until the delivery has been made?
Hang on I took the time off for the delivery which was not going to happen at a huge cost to myself!!! Yet oh well so long as its the system that cocked it up its ok!!
Several staff have informed me about many problems all customers are having and they are appalled and taking the brunt of complaints which is not really fair on them.............
