Went live yesterday apparently.

I hadn't received any info either - however I got a newsletter from the O2 this morning and there was a tribute mention of MJ and a link so I clicked on it - low and behold I found myself on the site detailing options for refunds/ticket requests.

"LENTICULAR TICKET

The tickets printed with the special lenticular process, were inspired and designed by Michael Jackson for the fans attending his shows. This is the actual "oversized" concert ticket, measuring 82mm x 186mm (3.23in x 7.32in) for the 50 This Is It shows at The O2. His hopes were his fans would want to keep the special ticket as a reminder of the memorable evening that they would share together.

The lenticular concert tickets feature one of eight unique designs printed via the lenticular printing process. Lenticular printing is a 3D process that can contain animation, multiple photos, morphing or a combination of these. The front of the ticket is the lenticular image and the reverse side is the standard ticket detail including the performer name, tour name, show date, venue, section number, row number, and seat number. i'm filling in the refund form now but i'm confused... i originally bought 4 tickets
if i want to keep one ticket do they take the booking fee for all my tickets? (booking fee is £10 so thats £40)
or just the one ticket? (which would be £10)
or no booking fee taken so its only £75 for the ticket and all the rest is refunded?

no hun, booking fee is a one off payment no matter how many lol

£40 for 1 or 2 or 4, so if you buy 2 like I aim to do people are buying on Ebay for in excess of the value of £75 plus the £40
#27
lol this is too confusing why couldn't they keep it simple...buy one ticket for £75 and the rest is refunded...simple

i think i'll get a full refund...way too confusing for me to get a ticket

yes, as I'd bought 4 in all have already sold my 2nd one to cover the booking fees etc to a mate who couldn't go, so only outlay is my original spend not missing the cash, but am sure a lot of people think differently
