well from your date of birth surely it would just do a super quick calculation of how many bdays youv had?

DATEDIF is the formula
D2 is the cell so i guess you have a DOB in this cell
NOW() is telling the system today's date so it can work out the difference between the date in cell D2 and today's date
Y is the format to display the result.
