Microsoft Outlook - help!

When I delete a message it has gone permanently and does not go into the deleted items folder...any idea how I can change this? Thanks

you can recover by clicking on the deleted items, then go to recover deleted items

Other tab
Take the took out of Delete box

Thanks Predikuesi and Wonkey. Did what you did pred but there is nothing ticked. Its not deleted when exiting, but once I delete them.

The emails once deleted are disappearing completely from my inbox?

There is no recover deleted items as its saying there are none so its not giving me that option

Try this.

Right click on the Deleted Items Icon and choose properties. Make the window look like mine (pic).

Ok right the deleted messages are there but they have no title etc... - there are 5 messages but they are not named etc (I can open them but no way of knowing what they are with no details until I open it)
