I am in a bit of a tizz!!!
I need someone to help me figure out how to do something on Outlook. I shall try and explain it to the best of my ability but ask for forgiveness in advance if it all gets too confusing.
At work I have access to a colleagues contacts and calendar. As we are a small team we use hers as our main contacts and calendar whenever we need to schedule something or create/amend/delete/add a contact. So everyone within the office would open these up to see what is happening on that particular day!
She has given us all rights so we can add amend etc to both.
I am trying to link meetings to contacts via her calendar. I have tried it both ways :- Right clicking on a contact and then choosing the option of scheduling an appt but when its time to save and close I find it has saved the appt in my own personal outlook calendar rather than my colleagues calendar.
I have also tried going through her calendar arranging an appt but when adding a contact all I get is the Global Address list (people who work for the company) which I dont want.
CAN YOU PLEASE HELP
