I bought some xbox points on May the 18th £4.99 worth and they have taken out £4.99 in june and july without my authorisation, don't know what for!
It's coming out of a bank account that i don't use and keeps going into my overdraft.

Has this happened to anyone else and can anyone help?

I think the only advice anyone would be able to give is the obvious answer....
You realy need to be speaking to your bank and to Microsoft customer support. These are the onlypeople that can provide assistance.

Microoft are taking montly amounts of money out of your account, at £4.99 you'll either be getting more points each month or you will be paying for a one month xbox live subscription.

I once wanted just a months subscription so i used my card on live but then found it that as soon as you do that microsoft take £4.99 each month for a montly subscription.

The only way to stop this is by logging into your xbox live account on www.xbox.com and following the instructions to delete your card details, to do this you will have to ring them as for some reason they dont let you delete your card on the website, when you try it you'll get a message popping up saying that you need to ring a number.

£4.99 is the XBL Gold Member monthly cost, you have probably signed up for that without realising.

It's a pain in the backside to cancel and M$ will make you jump through hoops... Tell you bank you've lost the card, that's the quickest and easiest way of stopping it.
