my baby ' socks ' went out on boxing day morning , for hes normal adventure before breakfast, he didnt return , after a cpl hours we started looking for him , by going round the street calling hes name ,, to no avail , on staurday he still hadnt returned home , i have now been round the near streets door to door with pictures and phone number asking ppl to check there garages and sheds, we are now on day 3 and he is still missing, he had a silver collar with hes name contact number and a bell on it too.

my whole family are really sad that he is missing , i know hes only 6 months old , but he felt like he had been with us for such a long time , my big cat 'scar' is not eating hes food , is looking very sad as he has noone to play with , also keeps walking round the house sniffing everywhere ,m i think he is missing him too

If any one is around the west bletchley area of milton keynes , could you keep your eyes peeled for our little monkey 'SOCKS' the pic below is him at 4 months old

Fingers crossed he will turn up soon, my sister in law's cat went missing for two months and she had it in mind that he was gone - only for him to turn up safe, unhurt and fatter on Christmas day!

our cat has 2 owners lol we are not sure who the other is but they feed him too, he goes there for a few days comes here for a few days lmao

tho he came home with a collar once :(

Hang a piece of your clothing outside that u have just worn and believe it or not he may come back. Something to do with a familiar smell, worked for us when our cat went missing for days. Good luck!!
#11
thanks guys , will keep you posted if he comes home ..
#12
hes a cat his natural instinct will be to look afterhimself dont worry he isnt going to starve despite his age
#13
awww I hope he turns up safe and sound soon...i would be devistated if my cat went missing. Luckily she seems to have no interest in going outside.
#14
Never nice when that happens - Good luck

He will be fine, i remember when my kitten climbed out the window. Shocked not seeing him. Went looking for him everywhere. Posters up. left litter tray outside door and food. 3 days later gave up hope but decided to attach a video camera to film the door for movement. As i was setting it up i saw a black object by the door i called him and it felt amazing to hear his miow back. The bloody thing did the same thing a few weeks later but i knew he would be fine a couple of days later he was back. The reality is they stay very close to home. You will have walked past him loads of times. Imagine a 4 year old playing hide and seek hiding under the bed they are the same very playful. Just litter tray outside and some food. Maybe drag a play thing on a stick past the closest bushes.

ring rspca - someone may have found him and notified them - hope so

I know you said you've spoken to the RSPCA, but it's worth calling all the local vets in your area too and leaving your contact number with them incase they get any stray kittens bought in. I hope your kitten turns up soon though.

He'll be back in no time, just keep an eye out in case he can't get in.

I can remember about 4 years ago getting a leaflet stuck through out letter box saying a cat had gone missing. Didnt think anything of it until I went to the shed 2 weeks later to get a tool out and found the cat in it. God knows how it survived (but it did!)

Just a thought. Worth asking neighbours to check their sheds.

The cat gets its own back. Its a regular visitor to the garden (not the shed) and deposits presents everywhere!

Still looking? Update?
#24
still looking , not a thing ,, put hes favorite biscuits out and litter tray and also tipped contents of vacuum out ,, still nothing.

done all lost and found websites, emailed rspca, cats protection , rang local vets, been round local houses, put posters up, called enviromental agency to see if they picked up any animals on there routes,, but nothing at all :(
#25
