I am liking the enhanced offer on sky bet of Rashford and Firmino to score @ 10/1.

I think Jose's going to go defensive and it's down to Liverpool to break them down. Obviously the Scousers have bottled it before when they've come up against a Jose team but that Chelsea team had character that this United bunch simply don't.

Klopp's a top class coach too so I'd be surprised if they didn't get something out of it.

If United do lose then the pressure must surely be on Jose though. Love the guy for what he did for us but he's not the coach he once was and he gets frustrated very easily nowadays. All those memories you have of a charismatic, imaginative coach are about a decade old now.

He hasn't managed a team playing exciting, attacking football since January of last year.

Why?, I'm sure we'll give Jose time, Our players won't turn on him like those disgusting Chelsea players, After everything he did for your club he deserved more respect. The players stopped playing. Players have too much power.

Still don't like the TV viewing angle from Anfield's main stand. Heart wants a United win, head says otherwise. If we are to win, I think it'll be tight, not like Leicester a few weeks back.

Mour will lose his cool, blame others and demand better players.
The best would be a narrow defeat as I cannot see any way they could possibly hold onto a lead and I'm a manu fan/

The players didn't stop playing, he messed up.

Conte came in this season and got the players working on their fitness because last season, Jose didn't bother. Simple as that. The guy's job is to prepare a team for the first day of the season and he simply failed to do that.

I love the guy for what he did but the guy really isn't the same coach he was first time around. He lost something at Madrid and last season was a disaster. Yes he won the league the season before when Hazard and Costa were firing on all cylinders and he could stick the rest of the players behind the ball but he got found out last season big time.

Honestly I watched the Manchester derby and it was classic Jose - defensive, unambitious and dull. I respect him for what he did first time around when he was a revolutionary coach and we played some amazing football, but that was almost ten years ago.

We were much better second half in Manchester derby.

The players stopped playing, you honestly think they gave Mourinho 100%, they conspired and got him sacked, disgraceful, That's the difference between United and Chelsea, Even when LVG was destroying United the players played as good as they could to his style which obviously wasn't good enough.

No I don't believe they 'conspired and got him sacked'. I think they were woefully underprepared for the start of the season and teams began working out how to play against us. In fact teams were sussing us out in the second half of the 2014/15 season but Jose didn't change anything.

That's the thing with Jose. He's stubborn. He'll stick with underperforming players even when it's obvious changes need to be made.

You can say it's because you're United and we're Chelsea but the same things are happening at United and as the season progresses he'll get more and more frustrated and start lashing out at refs, the players and maybe even the fans.

But yeah, it was a conspiracy to get him sacked. X)

Cannot wait for the game. I think if we (LFC) do not get a goal in the opening 30 minutes, then I reckon utd will nick it.

Finely poised and in this game, form means not much. It's which players on the day turn up.

Hopefully we will go with firminho, coutinho and mane upfront. Not a game for studge unless he's going to put a shift in.

Our midfield combo is key. Not sure if wijnaldum is injured or not. Llalanna going to be a big miss.

I guess we'll see:), Hopefully we batter Chelsea at the weekend, We have always struggled against Chelsea, a bit of a boogy team, Especially when Martin Atkinson ref'd, He cost us the league title.!.

Lets hope Neville and Giggs beat the carp out of Carragher, What an horrible man, I have especially disliked him since he ruined Nani's career at United. Nani was never the same after that assault.

Young and Fellaini shouldn't be in the team, I'd have switched Shaw with Blind, Fellaini with Mata, Young with Lingard. Where is Martial?.
