You may have chosen itemised billing which is usually about £2 a month.

Few suggestions as to that...

1) You may have an add on. Especially if it says something like "orange world".
2) You may have gone for itemised billing, but that's only £1.50 per month rather than £2-odd.

Any extras you may be paying for can be cancelled quite easily. Just make a free call to 150, press option 1 for mobile queries and follow instructions to talk to customer services (possibly option 2).

As for cashback...

e2save FAQ
# We require your 4th, 8th and 12th monthly bills to arrive with us within 1 month of the date stated on the monthly bill (we accept photocopies)

# Securely attach the appropriate chequeback vouchers 1, 2 or 3. These chequeback vouchers can be found in your Welcome Pack.

# We advise you to send this by recorded delivery, to the following address:

Redemptions
P.O. Box 4311
Dunstable
LU6 9BJ

Remember to:

1. Enclose the appropriate airtime bill.
2. Post by recorded delivery.

# The due amounts will be sent to you within 45 days of receipt of your claim.

If you received your phone in SEPTEMBER 2006 (is this correct?) then you should send the following airtime bills to e2save: December 2006, April 2007, August 2007 within one month of the bill date stated on the bill.
