Hi,

Certain items may be prohibited if they are deemed illegal, clear breach of copyright or not suitable for resale on the trading forums.

We don't ban modded items as a rule (although they have no additional resale value here). However we may react to notices that may be served upon us requesting that we withdraw certain items. If a particular product has been deemed illegal or there is enough of a grey area, we may act upon our own initiative.

I hope that explains why certain modded items may be allowed, yet some others are pulled.

Regards

seems a bit stupid too me seeing as the only reason you mod a 360 is for pirate games ?

Apparently, some prefer to use back up media rather than spoil their original disc.

Regardless, some manufacturers may not be as concerned as many may think. Perhaps they benefit from the exploitations by way of increasing console sales as they ban wave after wave. Also there's a healthy interest which isn't always as negative as it may 1st appear.

lol yes microsoft and the game developers really in actual fact want you to steal their games.

I guarantee they prefer the interest in consoles that is created rather than the second hand market, which also generates no revenue
