cheaper ingrediants / the knock offs on the production line. A lot of companies will only put the best into their food, so instead of wasting the stuff that they don't see as good enough, it goes into the value foods
#16
I can easily spend £40 in tesco, plus I get my discount too ............ COD:mw2 for £13.50 :-D

not really talking about food products though, the toilet stuff, towels etc etc are all very similar if not identical to their more expensive counterparts

it's the same kinda thing, it's cheaper materials... The toilet / kitchen towels will be a lot lighter and a rougher.
It's all down to cheaper materials and using the knockoffs.

apparently i heard you can trade in two bottles of tesco value ketchup and get it for 9.99 on release day. Has to be value ketchup though, none of that heinz carp.

sainsbury have also announced that they are gonna sell for £15 on all consoles but they are throwing in a free bag of tomatoes, they say it feels more like grenades as it leaves "a red stain" on the victim!

Bet you never thought you'd end up discussing this on a Modern Warfare thread!

I can confirm this is true - the potatoes are a little jest at the spud grenade launcher, one of the new weapons for COD6.........

The grenade comes in several diffrent modes............ -

1. fry mode - if this explodes in a room and all your enemies have had their chips.
2. microwave bake mode - any enemies in the blast radius, their skin cracks, whilst their insides turn soft and eventually explode outwards
3. boil mode - releases superheated steam...with obvious effects
4. Mash mode - the ugliest, most gruesome of them all - blood, guts, gore and not much else left. (this is why the censors have given it an 18)
