Me and the missus went to the G-mex today to watch the X Factor auditions (was a good laugh)

Now the dilemma arrived after got back to the NCP and the barrier was knocked off the exit, would anyone have driven straight out?

Also at this NCP it was pay at the barrier as you were leaving, and i paid

They will probably chase and prosecute the none payers, easy money and no real defence can be put up from the offenders.

At the end of the day you are breaking the law and whether you feel it's wrong or right you are comitting a crime.

Funny how some see it's ok to commit a crime when it's circumstances like this

It's not a criminal offence...........it's a civil offence on private land.

would have driven out, laughing all the way and waved at the camera

From MEN
Downpours
Perhaps the heavy downpours had something to do with their mini roadtrip. That - and the fact that there were some expertly coiffeured hairdos to protect from that rainfall - including Aussie songbird Dannii's new fringed bob hairdo that she unveiled for the first time. Dannii looked every inch the retro-chick with her angular hairdo matched by a monochrome outfit and one-shoulder slouch top.
Glamour
And despite the rainstorms, she happily paused to sign a workman's hardhat on her way to the first day of auditions. Meanwhile her fellow popstar judge on the show, Girls Aloud star Cheryl, went for girly glamour for her first day in Manchester. She wore a tiny blue mini skirt with cute bow detail teamed with a crisp white pinstriped shirt and sky-high platform heels.
Disappointed
Hopefuls had to sing in front of more than 1,000 members of the public who queued for hours to get a seat at the shows yesterday. But many were left disappointed when seats were filled so fast that some audience ticket holders were turned away.

I also went to see this. Hours of waiting to get in, but good fun once inside.
Thought there were some good acts, especially a boy band that had formed after being rejected for their single performances, then in the space of 4hours rehearsed and came on as a band. Amazing!! Also a young 18yr old (dental nurse) with a beautiful classical voice.

I'd have driven off.....**** Em! lol
they charged me £8.50 for 3 hours last week....OUCH

I would have driven off - had bad experiences with NCP staff in the past, jumped up ******s
#19
I'd probably have paid if I'd noticed the camera otherwise maybe not!

The barrier at my local NCP used to get smashed up every other week. Hasn't happened for a while now but I can say driving through without paying didn't get you in any trouble (and yes ours has cameras too). Same goes for the entrance.

Driving through immediately behind someone who has just paid (like 2 for the price of 1) WILL get you a fixed penalty notice through the post.

I'd have paid on my way out too x x
