Didn't they do this before? Or was it free then... I vaguely remember my kids coming home with leaflets to get a free laptop of we were on benefits...

9 million people won't be able to get a pc for £98 quid. from the article,

"While 200 computer packages have been set aside for the pilot, over the course of the next 12 months around 8000 consumers are expected to take up the Remploy offer....."

Hardly 9million.

They come with Linux, what a fail. Im assuming this is targetted towards the unemployed so considering that almost every employer uses windows....
