Question for all,

What's the most impressive thing you've ever done at work?

Me. we had a project manager who had trouble defining a project!
I sent him an email asking him to learn how to count. CC'd all the Top tier managers.
Actually got a positive response lol.. and promoted!

You? .. Could be anything! crazy, intuitive, fun... Fire away :)

Whilst I was doing my A Levels I worked at a call centre in the summer holiday... Had a bloke come on the phone to one of my friends and he was crying and she couldn't understand him. Turned out he was German and he kept phoning and everyone was hanging up on him because no one could understand him, and he was ringing 'cos he'd had loads of bills from us but never even used our service... had court orders, bailiffs etc after him for tens of thousands and all because no one could speak to him to sort it out! After about an hour, we sorted it - someone had stolen his identity and he'd only been in the country for 3 weeks! He was so grateful he wrote me a letter of thanks! :)
