yep, and just so you know this is what you need to look at in future

Motherboard
1 PCI Express 2.0 slot with x16 operation (PCI Express Bus SPEC V2.0 compliant)

GTX 460
Bus Support PCI-E 2.0 x 16

They match perfectly, and as I understand it (for now at least) is that even if the graphics card had been 2.1 it would still work perfectly well in a 2.0 slot, or even a 1.x slot come to that (but a bit restricted in this case due to the data rate that 1.x runs at, so the card wouldn't be upto it's full performance)
In the case of 2.0 though the rate is comparable with 2.1 and shouldn't be restricted in performance at all.

pci-e 1.x runs at 4GB/s... so if a 2.1 card or 2.0 card has a bandwidth of 4200Mhz it would be slightly restricted in a 1.x slot..... wasn't referring to the 460 as such, can't remember the max bandwidth it runs at, but just in general it could potentially be bottlenecked running a 2.1/2.0 card in a 1.x slot.
