many people would disagree with you, me being one. Dont get me wrong MotoGP is good, but F1 is the pinnacle of motor sport with athletes of the highest calibre, I love it lol

I see more car action from the cars coming out of my local multi-story car park. These days I'm afraid F1 makes me :lazy:

Did you not watch the last two f1 races? They were pretty sweet, the first race of this year was poor but Australia and Malaysia I enjoyed.

They do need to sort out something In F1 to allow overtaking to be easier, but it can be done. As this season progresses I think we will see teams learning to manage tyres better to allow them to capitalise when others are on old rubber etc, along with performance upgrades along the way it should be an awesome season there is so much talent on the grid the title chance could go multiple ways this year

Moto GP race today was absolutely brilliant racing - those guys were so close to each other they could have heard each other whisper to each other if it wasnt for the engine noise !!! Some amazing overtaking and a really exciting finish - what more could you ask :-) ? !

To be honest, curling is more exciting than F1.

just got the highlights on...who the hell is the blond woman....does Suzi Perry not do it anymore??! wow bad times

Prefer F1 but watched the race yesterday and who would of expected that result! Honda's have some great straight line speed! The new presenter is not a patch on Suzi though.

Haters always be hatin on F1. I love it, watched it for 20+ years now. It’s the best.

I’ve got into MotoGP over the past few years too. Last night’s coverage was shocking though. Casey Stoner slid off and the camera missed it and they didn’t show a replay??? I know it’s the local producer and not the BBC, but that was baaad.

Also, you can’t compare F1 and MotoGP.

It’s like saying “rugby is better than football because they score more points in rugby”

I've been to 10 Grand Prix, dating back to 1986. Senna (hence my username!) Prost, Mansell superb. Yes, these days racing can be a little dull, but even F1 fans would say the same, the amount of "great" races far outweigh the odd dull ones, and it's true that the old racetracks are much better than the new "super"tracks that Bernie is a fan of (apart from Turkey).
Last season was fantastic.
I don't like Hamilton, bring back Raikkonnen I say!

F1 is horrible to watch. The start and then last couple of laps, and maybe a few crashes in the middle are the only entertaining bits in the whole thing. Moto GP has a lot more overtakes and things actually happening. If I raced I think I would appreciate the skill more so, but can't stand F1 at the minute

The new girl is the lovely Jennie Gow, I'm not sure what happened to Suzi Perry but I seem to recall that she was quite ill for a while last year.
Most MotoGP fans I know wanted Jane Omorogbe who was Rio in Gladiators, she is passionate about bikes and I'm sure that she is even a clubman racer!
On to the racing I much prefer Moto GP to Formula One, but I still watch both as well as World and British Superbikes, Touring Cars, American Le Mans Series etc etc.......... It really is all about what you prefer, neither is better just different.

Yes Moto GP is far better and you have to be very brave to overtake at 200mph with no carbon fiber box around you like in F1, F1 is now to safe and predictable, . Expected Casey Stoner to win it, he is probably the best in the world at the moment (Especially being on a bike that only he can ride, would be great to see him on an exact same machine as Rossi and Lorenzo have) with the speed of the Honda's on the straight and the Yamaha's all round package, I suppose he had to risk pushing it to the limit and paid the price..

F1 with the no fuel stop rule more or less means the qualifying positions are going to be the outcome of the race barring rain/breakdowns.

yes in motoGP the drivers must be mad to drive because to do what they do, like u said overtake at 200mph and get lean angles of up to 65 degrees which is mental, but F1 is just an overall challenge (lol at the safe comment)

Can you tell me where there are any other motosports out there where the driver sits in a cockpit for an hour and a half at a time experiencing high levels of lateral G forces (up to 5g)

Most motorsport races only last 20-40 mins F1 they race for over double that amount of time, they are athletes of the highest fitness and the sport is awesome wooop wooop F1 bring on China this weekend

The Isle of Man TT Superbike and Senior races are 6 laps of the 37.2 mile mountain course, the lap average speed is around 131 mph for the top guys, and this is on public roads. 200mph perched on top of an 165kg machine with 220 bhp on tap and a stone wall scraping your shoulders concentrates the mind somewhat and makes F1 look like a coach trip!:)
