Evening all.

I have a 10 year old stereo and I have some MP3 songs on my laptop that I want to play on my 10 year old stereo.

So, do I need to convert the MP3 files so that they will be recognised by the stereo?

Thanking youse!

Any cd burning program converts it automatically.
Usually select the create Audio CD button, then drag and drop the mp3's into the program then burn the disk.

I use Imgburn and can't see anything like this?
Is there one you can recommend? :)

If you're stereo has an audio CD player then you will need to convert the MP3 songs to an Audio CD.

I think you can do this with the latest Windows Media player. Choose your selection of MP3 songs then BURN then Audio CD?

If you have Windows Media Player, click on the burn tab, drag and drop your mp3's into the burnlist box on the right, then click burn.
