My sky TV keeps pausing/missing frames. I've put up with it for 2 or so months but today I missed Italys 2nd goal because of it. I just came of the phone to sky and they wanna charge me £65 for the privledge of having an engineer sent out. the guy on the phone talked me through some diagnostics checking and my signal is a 2 it should be a 8 or 9. He asked is anything blocking your dish, I replied yes my neighbours had sky fitted in the last couple of months, does it block your dishes line of site yes I replied. Oh it's probably that, but because your a home moving customer we only guarentee your install for that time, he then goes on to tell me to get my neighbour to contact skt to have his dish moved as he's still in his 1 year contract. How can they get away with this? Why should I have to ask my neighbour to shift his dish that was fitted by sky. Think I'll give trading standards a ring in the morning. I could understand the £65 charge if it was my fault, but when the fault has been cuased by a sky installer????
