i take "cyclone" from maximuscle, ive definately notices massive improvements since taking it. I stopped taking it for a week but continued to go to the gym to do weights, the whole of that week, my muscles were amazingly sore, compared to when i usually use maximuscle after a training session, i have no aches or pains. if ur looking to loose weight however and tone muscle, u wont want to b taking cyclone, id recommend that u go on the maximuscle website and look at the different products and decided for yourself which product suits ur training needs...hope this has helped

What's wrong with old-fashioned sweat? (not to drink:-D, I mean a good workout)

Acecatcher3 has said in his post what the big problem is with supplements - you can't hear your body telling you that you're working too hard.

well not really because all it is is protein which helps aids growth, if i said that sentence but used steroids as the example, id agree with u, steroids, hide an injury and dont tell ur body that enough is enuf, protein shakes merely quicken the growth/repair process, it has no effect on the body such as hiding injuries etc. I actually think ur statement groupie represents alot of peoples misconceptions of what protein shakes do.....i do not mean to b rude at all, u r of course entitled to ur opinion, i just question ur knowledge of protein shakes and whether u r wrongfully comparing them to steroids. :)

aye definately worth researching mate, im happy with cyclone so ill stick to this for a while, i cant tell you about other products as ive never tried them, what i would say tho is that, like most things in life...u get what u pay for...so i know u sed b4 that money isnt an issue which is good because i think the more expensive ones are probably the best...good luck with ur training....i know u sed u knew about exercises etc but if you want to mix up some exercises, check out this site...www.shapefit.com

No Xplode from BSN is a great pre workout drink. It contains caffeine, creatine, taurine and argenine to get you "up for it" and will no doubt add a few reps to your sets thanks to the creatine. It gives you a great pump too. I'd really recommend checking that out.

Get a good protein shake to help rebuild the muscle stronger, and also it fires your metabolism up to burn more calories. Doesn't really need to be an expensive one.

As for raw eggs.. I may be wrong but I thought all eggs with the lion on had been vaccinated against salmonella anyways? I take them now and again, depends how strong my stomach is lol.

Only website you'll ever need.

Maximuscle is considerably overpriced, don't touch the stuff.
