After having been out of sports for a year due to a knee injury my physio has said i am ready to get back into training....
But before i am match fit i am going to spend the summer working on my fitness and my muscle's
Let myself go abit when not doing sports and as i have a Hnc In Sports Science I know all the fitness regimes i need to go through
What im look for from you guys is who can tell me the best muscle building Powder or Drink
Money doesnt matter ( Not rich ) but willing to spend what it takes
