My HTC Magic is unlocked.

Managed to get an HTC magic with 600 mins, unlimited text and internet for £30 a month on a 18 month contract.

I just checked to see if its sim locked by putting my 3 sim card in..........and guess what.....its not sim locked. I wonder if Vodafone rushed it out before activating the sim lock or they are not going to bother.

The few Vodafone phones I have had on contract were never network locked, I don't know if this is a standard thing, or I just got lucky.

I think it's a fairly standard "feature" of Vodafone contract mobiles.
