Hey

Sorry for all my computer techy questions!!

I'm trying to copy my photos to a CD-R & it won't let me. It comes up with an error message. I have tried more than one cd and nothing.

I have changed the settings in E drive so that i am can download files, as stated on another site, but that hasn't helped.

Any ideas?

I've got Roxio drag to disk

I put the CD-R into the E Drive and then drag a phto from the folder onto the drag to disk

A message then says "Windows encountered a problem when trying to copy this file" Then it tells me the dimensions of the pic etc. and then ask's me to retry or cancel, if i click on retry the same happens.

Now my CD won't even eject out of the drive.

Restart your computer, take the disc out, put a new one in and use windows to copy the photos.

Thanks Crum, this is going to sound really thick, but where do i look to find windows to dowload it?
#6
Because the error message is actually saying windows was encountering the probelm.

It usually gives you a list of options when you insert a new disc.
