With my wedding just few months away i decided that new yr i was seriously going to concentrate on getting fit again and loose weight. Not just for the wedding but because I dont want to get old with bad health etc.
I will be updating this thread with my food and drink intake and my exercise for each day.
I hope you guys can keep help with suggestions etc.
I am very serious about doing this and would love to walk down the isle feeling good about myself.
I am doing this with my sister and my best woman ( yes i have a best woman whos giving me away!) so we can support one another.
