I bought my 40gb PS3 (fat one) last year in June, i took out a 2 year warranty when i bought it from Gamestation so i have about 6 months left of that.
Now 40gb that it came with has run out fast, i only have 2-3gbs left and thats after deleting any demo's and game installs that i dont use anymore. So im think rather than buying a bigger hard drive for it, i could maybe "accidently" break my ps3 and take it back to Gamestation in exchange for another one.
When i took out the warranty the guy behind the till said before it runs out throw it down the stairs and we will give you a new one, is there any truth behind this?
Also if it does work would they give me a new slim PS3 or would they just give me a refurb old model?
