Not sure whats wrong works fine with the ethernet but when i connect it starts on 54.0 mps then just drops, once my laptop is more than 10m away theres no connection, might be knackered, any recommendations im with talktalk, dont mind buying a new one

see what other networks are around you and what channels are being used, then it's a case of changing channels to find the least interference.

otherwise depending on your router, you can look for 3rd party firmware which allows signal boosting.
