anyone know why a lot of these games dont show up on the PC Mediago PSN Store? Is it useless or just updates infrequently?

e.g. pixeljunk search

Yes according to this review

the new PlayStation 3 Slim has, like the big sister of an RJ-45, an HDMI port and an optical connector for digital audio, a door multiout and the power connector (a three poles in the original PlayStation, two poles in the PS3 slim).

PAIN and trash panic are quite enjoyable. Trophies for them are rock hard though

Inferno Pool and Outrun.

Next on my list is Shatter and Lumines (£9 now but will get discounted this month, this games is awesome on the PSP)

I'm going to be getting Fat Princess and Battlefield 1943 over the weekend.

I purchased Wipeout HD ages ago but rarely play it as I find it too hard.
PixelJunk Monsters was a great time waster and at £3.49 a bargain.
Warhawk is just a crazy multiplayer game which is great fun but requires alot of time, as the games are on average 30 minutes I seem to play it for hours at a time.
SuperStardust is fantastic looking and great gameplay. DEMO AVAILABLE.
Flower is, well Flower. Very calming.

Thats all I have purchased on PSN aside from the odd game add-on packs, I tend to only buy games I can demo (to save wasting money) and alas the PSN only games rarely have demos.

Ive got Zen Pinball and its a great game, Kula world on the Psone is MUST buy, Superstardust isnt that good imo, id rather play Geometry wars on 360.

Puzzle Quest is another cracker although again, if youve got a 360 its only 400points on that at the moment, an absolute steal !
#13
Just got the streetfighter table for Zen football, its a goody

My PSN favourites are:

BF1943
Shatter
Pixel Junk Monsters
Riff: Everyday Shooter
Super Stardust HD
Trash Panic (but it is rock hard!)
#15
Eden is cool, very addictive indeed.

"Trine" is released on the (European) PlayStation Network tomorrow, but I'm bagging the (first of two, over consecutive weeks) free "Batman: Arkham Asylum" downloadable content first! :)

BFN,

fp.

PS. I forgot to mention "Rag Doll Kung Fu: Fists Of Plastic" earlier. My kids love that!

WOW Trine seems to be a beautiful game and right up my street. A review is here :

I like the way different characters help solve the task...does anyone remember "Fury of the furries"?, that had four characters who were needed to solve the game.
Lets hope it isn't too dear especially as the review stated that it is a six hour game. The co-op part seems good.

PS. People who have ordered PSN Network cards may like to know that the release date is now moved to the end of September.

flower is quite pricey (£6.19) for a game that only last 2-3 hours in total

i;m going for BF1943, pixeljunk, shatter

loco roco is great fun on the psp

As I mentioned (above), out of your list I have only bought "Burn Zombie Burn!" & have played it very little.

If you fancy a cartoon-based semi-humorous top-down multi-direction shooter that will zap days from your life trying to unlock rewards as you progress through the ever-increasingly difficult waves, then go for this. A new "...In Space" Add-On Game Pack is due soon.

If you fancy a less funny, more serious, not quite-as-good version based on the classic Zombie movies ("Night of the...", "Return of the...", etc) go for "Zombie Apocalypse".

There is a Blu Ray edition of Wipeout HD coming out soon, which will have the extra pack as well, and will probably be cheaper, so I would hold out for that personally.

Loco Roco is a steal at £2 - Noby Noby boy is funny, but you won't play it more than a couple of times - Flower looks and sounds fantastic

I would go for Pixeljunk Monsters, Loco Roco, Shatter, Super Stardust HD, Everyday Shooter - that is £20 I think - BF1943 is also immense btw
