    is this from DinoPC?

    CPU - ok
    cooler - change
RAM - ok if low profile, otherwise change. I would also start with 8GB and upgrade to 16GB only if needed.
mobo - ok, but I would change anyway.
    drive - ok
    optical drive - ok
    ssd - change
    case - change
GPU - what's that for? you won't need it for work and it's not that superb for gaming, especially at that resolution.
    psu- massive overkill, change

    Love your work!.
    yes it is from DinoPC
    cooler - change to what?
RAM - i currently have 8and thought more is better? not sure if it is low tho.
    mobo - change to what?
    ssd- change? too big/small
    case - no idea
GPU - only the 6670 save much (£40)
    PSU - no idea

I am a usual Dell buyer so this is all new.
thank you for kunyk, any further assistance is welcome!!

cooler - well Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo or better (not familiar with dinoPC offerings)
RAM - more is better, the question is whether you really need it. upgrading ram is a 2 minute easy job.
    mobo - http://www.ebuyer.com/351598-gigabyte-ga-z77-d3h-socket-1155-vga-dvi-hdmi-8-channel-audio-atx-motherboard-ga-z77-d3h
in that case you get a free cooler, nothing highend, but it's free. Evo is better though.

SSD - capacity is ok, just use Samsung 830 128GB
Case - this is antec one hundred, use antec three hundred for few quid more.
GPU - you don't need dedicated one, HD4000 is sufficient if you don't game. if you do, look for something better.
PSU - even with HD7770, all you need is 450W max branded bronze certified PSU.

the best would be if could build it yourself, otherwise you're limited with what they got in stock.

that asus mobo is ok, it's just that the GB is a better deal.
