Ok so looking for a new bike, cheap and cheerful so as long it don't fall to bits when riding it.

Anyway have seen these two, but still undecided:

Anyone think these are any good or can provide a better one in the same price range.

Thanks.

You probably dont even need dual suspension for starters. Look on eBay or Gumtree for a second hand bike. Will be way better than both of these. A few good names to look out for within that budget are GT,CLAUD BUTLER, TREK,GIANT.

It's just for going to work on so will be riding on the roads and the odd dirt path.

Bikes are one of those things for which quality really counts

Buy the best bike you can afford ..

A bad bike is a real bu--er to cycle, they were m's, not g's

The hard rock has discs
#23
If it does its even more of a bargain but in the listing he says its standard. I've had a specialized rockhopper before and a hard rock. Currently have a claud butler.

Just to let you know I managed to get a Specialized Hardrock Sport for £130 off eBay.

Went to pick it up and then ride it home and as soon as I got on it I was like WOAH! Absolutley amazing ride!
Then I get home and was like, hmm where can I put this (as my old bike was still taking up space), then realized the wheels are quick release, so off they pop and well.. Bob's your uncle :)

So, yeah, Thanks for all the help ;)
