I've been going to the gym for nearly a year now and because I've got something big coming up very soon (that I'm very much looking forward to), I've been trying to workout harder than ever before....so I've been going to the gym almost every day for the last few weeks but last week, I started feeling faint, so I gave myself a few days rest.
The thing is, I used a Personal Trainer yesterday and after a light workout, I started feeling very strange. :-(
The workout itself was easy and my body felt like it could of done a further hour nonstop but I couldn't feel my face and I felt like I was about to throw up.
My PT couldn't believe it because she's seen me do 2.5 hours of hard workout before and after 20-30 mins of an easy workout, I was almost out of it. :(
I haven't been eating or drinking properly of late either and I've been struggling to sleep for more than a few hours a night for ages.
What's wrong with me? :(
